Zoning
All zoning documents for the City of Buena Vista can be found here. If you need help finding a document, please contact us.
Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA)
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is appointed by City Council dealing with land use. It hears appeals to zoning determinations, requests for variances, and special exception applications. These items are very infrequent, and the BZA meets only as-needed. Packets and meeting notices will be posted on the Planning Commission web page as well as the Events Calendar.
